To prepare your home office you must have a quiet work environment, high speed internet, working webcam, and a home computer. Computer requirements are defined as follows:
Hardware requirements:
- PC Computer (Windows-Based) Mac/Apple not supported
- Pentium 4 or newer CPU speed
- Microsoft Windows Operating System: Windows 10 *Preferred* (Windows 10 x 64 Home/Pro Enterprise)
- Minimum of 2 GB RAM (memory) required: 3+ GB recommended
- Minimum of 3 available USB ports or more (One for the headset and one for the TT2Go USB drive. No other device can be plugged next to the TT2Go USB drive)
- 20-22” (or larger) monitor with a minimum of 1920×1080 desktop resolution with a 32-bit display adapter
- An internal sound card (Check for ports to plug in a microphone, headphones, or external speakers to determine if your computer has an internal sound card)
- Antivirus / Antispyware software including firewall
- Dual monitors supported, as long as internet connection speed is medium or high per threshold
